Based in Seattle, Julie Hopper is a food stylist working across still photography and commercial broadcast for advertising, packaging, cookbooks and editorial. Widely regarded as an ice cream expert, she specializes in styling frozen desserts, bringing technical precision and a refined visual sensibility to even the most challenging food shoots. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, natural approach to food and calm, collaborative presence on set, she creates work that feels polished, approachable and genuinely delicious. Julie travels extensively for shoots in Vancouver, Portland, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and beyond, and her work has taken her from studios and commercial kitchens to styling food in the middle of rivers and on the sides of mountains.
